Nick shares his journey from being a science teacher to becoming the general manager of the school's esports program. Nick explained that the idea of starting an esports program at Hermon High School occurred during a workshop where they discussed the decline in student engagement in after-school clubs. Principal Brian Walsh suggested transforming the Game Club into an esports team, and Nick took on the challenge.
